This sashimi-grade Atlantic salmon is cut from the premium mid-loin section and meets raw-edible standards. The flesh shows a bright orange-red colour with well-distributed fat marbling. Rich in natural oils, it delivers a tender, buttery and sweet flavour with little fishy aftertaste, and is packed with Omega-3 fatty acids, high-quality protein and trace nutrients.
Ready to serve for sashimi and sushi, it is also suitable for light pan-searing. Transported under full cold-chain conditions.
